4.1 Meetings will occur on a bi-weekly basis with additional meetings scheduled as needed.

4.2 Meetings may be called by any Executive of NSTAMP and will be communicated to the other members, at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting time.

4.3 The agenda for the meeting will be set at the onset of the meeting.

4.4 Minutes shall be transcribed.

4.5 Minutes shall be approved and confirmed by the Executives and Officers before it is released to the other members.

4.6 All in attendance have speaking privileges although voting privileges will be restricted to Executives and Officers.

4.7 Voting privileges may be extended to other members on special occasions.

4.8 Voting privileges may only be extended following approval of more than 50% vote of the executives.

4.9 In the case of a tie vote, the motion will fail to carry.
